Well-connected with professionals in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, Janice often advises on cross-border projects such as inbound foreign direct investment, incorporation of offshore investment funds and international dispute resolution.

Loo Hao Min
Qualified in Malaysia in 2015 and admitted in England and Wales in 2014, Hao Min is Legal Manager of JC Corporate, JC Legal’s corporate department, in Malaysia. She specialises in corporate and commercial law, with extensive experience in providing legal advice on corporate matters, drafting and negotiating commercial agreement terms, as well as advising leading corporations in their initial public offering, both in Bursa Securities Malaysia and overseas. She addresses regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues for listed companies and directors.
Aside from her corporate and commercial experiences, she is interested in humanitarian work. She served as Legal Counsel in United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
Corporate Advisory Lead
Yuly specialises in trademark registration and disputes in Hong Kong, as well as intellectual property licensing worldwide. Her clients include food and beverage chains, digital marketing agencies, healthcare products suppliers, global tourism content platforms as well as a renowned cigarette brand in mainland China.
Yuly provides extensive legal support in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. She is the company secretary of over 10 Hong Kong subsidiaries of listed companies in Hong Kong and Shanghai, as well as the company administrator of over 10 offshore companies in the British Virgin Islands.
Trained in business administration and management, Yuly is studying towards the Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law to be awarded by Manchester Metropolitan University.
